Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
Thank you for make a booking at Aesthetic Whitening. Please see below outlining T&Cs for bookings.
Cancellations:

There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee payable (per client) on all appointments. The booking fee (per client) is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation

We kindly ask all cancellations and reschedules must be made 48 hours before the booking

In the event of any appointment cancellations within 48 hours (or less) of a booking, all payments (including any deposits and any subsequent payments) made shall be non-refundable.

In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.
- Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals.
No Show & Same Day Cancellations:
- Where you have failed to attend your appointment for any reason whatsoever, and have not cancelled or rescheduled 24-48hours prior, all payments (including any deposits and any subsequent payments) made shall be non-refundable.

By confirming your booking you agree to the above terms.
Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Our treatments may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment.
Any bookings that are unable to go ahead due to COVID-19 government-enforced cancellations or closures will be given a credit note with no expiry date.
