TEETH WHITENING AFTERCARE
After a teeth whitening treatment the pores of your enamel are open, this makes them vulnerable to stains and can reverse the whitening benefit from your treatment. We recommended following the “white diet” for 24-48 hours after treatment. Taking care of what you eat and drink will keep your smile whiter for longer.

- Water & Sparkling Water, Milk, Vodka, Gin, White Wine & Champagne
PLEASE AVOID
- Soft Drinks, Citrus Drinks & Juices, Energy Drink, Tea & Coffee, Red Wines, Beer, Coloured Mixers, Cocktails & Dark Spirits
NON-STAINING FOODS

- Potatoes (No Skin)
- Bananas
- Peeled Apples
PLEASE AVOID
- Coloured Fruit & Vegetables

AVOID EXTREMELY HOT OR COLD LIQUIDS
As the temperature changes causes teeth to expand & contract, allowing stains to penetrate your teeth. Try cutting down on tea or coffee, or drink them with a straw to reduce the amount of time they are in contact with your teeth.
AVOID ACIDIC FOOD & DRINK
As they open up the pores of the tooth enamel, allowing stains to easily penetrate your teeth. Use a straw to help minimise the contact of these
substances with your teeth.
CUT BACK ON DRINKING & SMOKING
Frequent consumption of alcoholic drinks such as red wine, and heavy smoking can reverse the effects of teeth whitening.
